i'm wondering about this question for several days now...well,how is perceived an engagement of a moroccan man  with a stranger woman,how does the moroccan family perceive it? is still a valor for them the fact that the woman is or not virgin? (as i see all my moroccan girl friend have this -sometime by family pressure- valor as mandatory to have a good marriage and own their respect) and in case of newly converted even if they are no more "immaculate" how does the moroccan part feel about celebration for engagement? gifts and all are the same? and as for marriage how is culturally perceived by moroccan family?
